reply within 24 hours (usually within a couple hours on weekdays). Please
include
your
name, telephone number, and the model number of the product(s) with a description of the problem you are
experiencing.
Telephone support for Digital Video Recorders, Web Servers, and
Data Capture Devices is available Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Eastern
